CIrcle Oaks Homes Association
Circle Oaks Today
At present there are 179 homes in Circle Oaks and 160 un-developed parcels. The last houses were built in 1997 & 1998. Out of these 179, there are 56 families who were the original owners still living in the community.
The community has a varied mix with retired couples, newlyweds and families with youngsters through teen age.
PG&E provides electrical service to the community, but no natural gas service. Most homes use propane.
There are several providers of high-speed internet, and digital TV is available from satellite providers such as Direct TV and DISH network. There is no cable service.
Water and sewage service are provided by the Circle Oaks County Water District.
The Homes Association Board of Directors holds monthly meetings at a local firehouse. The agendas are posted on the web site and on local bulletin boards (10 throughout the neighborhood). These meetings are open to the membership and the public at large. Participation by the member/owners is strongly encouraged.
Once a year, in June, the neighborhood has its Annual Membership Meeting and Family Picnic.
